With 5+ years of real estate experience Ailea is equipped with the knowledge to adjust to any client need whether that be a first time home buyer, investor, or someone looking to sell their home. Ailea is very passionate about real estate and is constantly educating herself to keep up with the ever changing market. Ailea went to school for Pre-Vet and Pre-Law and earned her degree at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. After graduating she pursued her interest in real estate which has flourished into a passionate and rewarding career, changing lives and building lifelong friendships!
In her free time Ailea is a horse enthusiast and competes with her Friesian horses Freyja and Tiki. She also enjoys staying active and is an avid runner with a great running buddy, her German Shepherd Rex!

Sarah Dallas
As the Scarlet Team lead, Sarah Dallas has been selling homes for over a decade and has a plethora of experience with first time home buyers to families downsizing once the children have left the nest. Originally hailing from Bemidji MN (where she started her career in real estate), she has had the opportunity to learn rural, land, and farm sales. After moving to the metro, Sarah has enjoyed expanding her knowledge of home buying and selling to include homes on the outskirts of town, with some land, to condos and anything city living! Sarah went to school for early childhood education, but found that real estate better fit her love of being able to reach for the stars and build her very own team. Sarah enjoys spending time with her 3 year old son and her two large dogs. Stephanie Duggan
Stephanie Duggan began her real estate journey after spending 15 years in health care and brings with her over 20 years of customer service experience. Growing up in rural northern Minnesota, "Lake Life" and small town living has always resonated with Stephanie, and owning a lakeside cabin a lifelong dream. In 2019, Stephanie turned that dream into a reality when she purchased her first investment property, a lakeside cabin in northern Minnesota. After purchasing the cabin, her passion for Real Estate blossomed and she knew her journey would take her in another direction.
Before finding her love for Real Estate, Stephanie graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University and has been practicing throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area for the last 15 years. Coupling her goal-oriented approach with her care for each client, Stephanie has adapted her medical skills to become a compassionate Real Estate agent dedicated to your success.
When she's not hunting for her next investment property, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. When the sun is shining, she prefers to be out on a lake, hiking through a state park, or riding her bike to the local farm stand. During the winter she's an avid downhill skier and enjoys knitting.
